Today, we manage more than 100 services across 16 countries and continue to grow rapidly while maintaining solid profitability. In our Oslo office, we are about 50 colleagues, but the team is constantly growing in our other locations as well. What you will do

You will be part of the content and marketing team and will work directly on our Italian sites (for example, www.fotovoltaico.it).

Specifically, you will handle:

• Migrating and updating content to a new CMS (from Joomla to Payload), ensuring quality and consistency.

• Improving site rankings through SEO activities.

• Optimizing existing content to increase conversions and performance.

• Creating new content that addresses user search intent and generates concrete results.

• Contributing to the continuous development and improvement of our digital services.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a person who is curious, precise, and eager to learn.

You’ll fit right in if:

• You write Italian at a native level and are also able to communicate effectively in English at a professional level to interact with international teams and content.

• You have a critical mindset and don’t stop at the first answer (even when using AI tools).

• You like understanding how things work and how to improve them.

• You have experience in digital content, marketing, communication, journalism, or similar fields.

• You are interested in topics like SEO, conversion, CMS, landing pages, and A/B testing.

• You have an eye for detail, structure, and content quality.

• You are familiar with tools like Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar (a plus).
